We understand the situation for fans regarding their budget, since many concerts occurred back to back. Therefore, some merch are NOW ON SALE and PACKAGE B IS AVAILABLE!

So you came here for some awesome merch for EXO PLANET #3: The EXOr‘DIUM? Nice! Well to make sure all our EXO-L customers are prepared and not surprised, we have some information you should know before ordering. Any additional information you need can be requested at orders@kfammedia.com!

FAQs:

Q: Is this merch official?
A: No, these are fan made and are not licensed by S.M. Entertainment or any affiliates.

Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost is $5 flat (AVAILABLE AFTER APRIL 28 FOR NEWARK)

Q: Will there be any pickup options?
A: Pickups are unavailable until we see there is a demand for making pickups. Then we will consider. Yes.

Q: What if I cannot order before the pre-sale deadline?
A: That’s not a problem. We will determine the real deadline after finding out how long our vendors take to deliver the supplies. However, if you still want the merchandise after the deadline, please note that stops such as Newark may not get their items delivered until after the tour ends.

Q: What about buying merch at the venue?
A: K-FAM Sundries is based in California, which if we have stock, and the venue doesn’t forbid on-site sales, we will bring them to the venue. For outside states such as Newark, we will let you know once we have a team to handle it at that stop

Q: The merch is out of stock. Is that all there is?
A: It’s final.

Q: Are there refunds?
A: No refunds during the tour, but will be an option for merch year round. Refunds will be accepted if the following occurs:

  • Merch goes out of stock
  • Merch gets lost on delivery
  • Products are damaged upon delivery (with proof)
  • Merch gets cancelled.

We understand emergencies come as well. Email us and we will try to work things out ASAP.

Q: Will there be any more merch options?
A: Everything is dependent on demand, but we want to be sure we have sufficient  time and inventory to take that action.

Q: When does the pre-orders end?
A: April 17, 2017 at 11:59pm. ENDED

Q: Will my merch arrive at my home on time?
A: If you pre-ordered before the end date, you are guaranteed. Please note this may change depending on weather and shipping conditions

Q: What can I use as payment?
A: PayPal or Venmo, or major Debit/Credit Card. We do not accept checks.

Q: Do I have to attend the concert to order?
A: Absolutely not. You can order anything here, even if you are not going to the concert. We will reserved them so you will not risk anything to be out of stock.
