G-DRAGON of BIG BANG releases a 19-city tour schedule, which includes Seoul, Singapore, Thailand, Macao, Oceania, United States, Canada, and Japan.


LOS ANGELES: Iconic K-pop star Kwon Jiyong (better known as G-DRAGON and leader of the group BIG BANG) announced recently his third world tour, right after announcing Seoul, in which will be the biggest tour for a solo artist in K-pop history.

On April 25, according to the agency YG Entertainment, G-DRAGON will be embarking on a total of 19 cities this Summer, 23 stops beginning in Seoul, with more to be released, according to the YG Entertainment website. The world tour, title ‘G-DRAGON 2017 WORLD TOUR: ACT III, M.O.T.T.E’ will be traveling in the following cities:

The ACT III, M.O.T.T.E (short for MOMENT OF TRUTH THE END) tour will focus on G-DRAGON’s story from the beginning and how he became what he is today. This will also be related to his upcoming solo comeback which is coming soon.

G-DRAGON debuted solo in 2009 with the record-breaking album ‘Heartbreaker’ which his career expanded to four albums, along with a collaboration with fellow BIG BANG member T.O.P. G-DRAGON launched two solo tours, including ‘Shining Light’ in 2009, and ‘One of a Kind’ in 2013, which was a record-breaking tour in Asia. This will be his first tour overseas as a solo artist.
